Employers thought there's not enough supply of labor so they thought of spending millions in advertising just to let the word out. Reality is, there are a lot of graduates. But they don't have the skills. How come?? The whole industry are focused on employers and potential employees when there is one big factor a potential employee go to before they go to their potential employers. And that is the Academe. Who are in the academe? The faculty. Question is, if times are changing, is there an assurance that the teaching in the academe are frequently updated and the faculty are skilled enough or well-experienced to teach new skills?
