30Hrs of No Coffee

I have been a coffee addict since college. Most of the time, I drink coffee so that I won't get to sleep for I have projects to do. Just like cigarettes, once you are hooked to it, it is so hard to take it out in your system of day to day living.

My coffee addiction is not good. I woke up 5 am and I take one cup. I don't care what kind of coffee and I don't care if they taste good or not. I just need that caffeine in my system to start my day. Then when I eat breakfast, I will have another cup. When I reached the school and before the bell rings, cafeteria first for my cup of coffee. Brings it inside the classroom and drinking it slowly till the class will end.

Soon it'll be the end of one semester. Left and right, projects are coming in. Doing this and that, until such time that I don't have a choice but to stay up till morning just to finish them all and I still have time to study. I need to maintain a grade because I wanted to be in the top 50 students in Business Management course. I did graduate in top 15 but the bad side of it, I am hooked to coffee. Taking in more than 8 cups a day. My sleeping hours starts from 2am till 8am. I am a certified addict.

Recently, I am so pressured at work and my stress level is high, I cling on to drinking coffee to make me calm. I was shivering and I don't know how to stop it. Definitely, drinking too much coffee in a day will soon make you end up in the hospital.

I survived 30hrs with no coffee intake. I am so happy. I want to make it to 48hrs.

Spro Coffee Shop

Saturday night and nothing to do at home. It is the usual weekend when an employed person like me would want to have some fun but not the noisy kind of fun. Personally, I don't like to go to bars or anything with dim lights and you can't see nothing else but guys in their best look because girls are dressed up pretty sexy. Make up and perfume and their little bags with credit card in it and some tissues and make up kit for retouch later at the bathroom.

Who would enjoy such thing when you don't drink beer at all. So, while I am making the menu lay-out for my dear friend, I tried the Ham and Egg Sandwich at Spro. Ham and Egg is so yummy and very much healthy. Vegetables are crunchy and I personally like the tomato. Good job Mike and Len.

I tried the Club Sandwich as well. Wow! One slice for me is ok. I am full. I can't eat more than that. Two slices for Ham and Egg and one slice of Club Sandwich. I need to spell that with capital letters just to give emphasis.

Oh yeah, before I forgot, I've read an article over a local newspaper and it so happened that I have read the same article over the internet. That's plagiarism! Copying from someone else's write up. Daily - - - - - - 's editor should check the work of your journalist, or are you really doing that just to make your paper thick?

Coffee Addict

It has been days since I last tasted coffee. I don't care if it's just instant coffee. Coffee is part of me now. It runs through my system.

Early Morning Routine

I woke up a little late from my usual time. Reason for that is because I have goosebumps in my head. I was in bed early but there are some people living in the house and they were excited to make baked macaroni what can I do they are happy doing it.

I didn't eat breakfast but I had coffee in the office. Smell of the coffee makes me hungry for more of it. Bitter coffee and you put some creamer to it. A little sugar and pour some hot water. When you start stirring it the smell of that blended coffee, creamer and sugar would come out. The least you can say is ummmmm..... Smells like yummy.

You would slowly sip it because you know it's hot. I don't know exactly how to describe the taste but it is really good. They say coffee is good but I say coffee in the morning is great.

My coffee today is not as black as the coffee should be. In the capital times, we call it, Instant Coffee. Oh well, I don't have that black coffee now but I still got a cup of coffee.

What are you waiting for, got get one cup of coffee for yourself.

I can't believe he really meant what he said. Now he has his own coffee shop. Spro Coffee Shop...wow....nice name. I like the red color Dr. Jim. I've learned to blog from this guy. He talks anything that was on his mind. He talks like a encyclopedia, and knows everything like wikipedia. I like his tag line, Brain on Ink, that's why his blog is BOINK! He's smart, and most of the times you'll never know if he's serious or not.
